Repairing your Hydrostatic Transmission
Hydrostatic Services steps to repairing your Hydrostatic Transmission:
- Component is disassembled, parts are fully inspected and measured for suitability of re-use;
- Paint is stripped in our ‘Hot Wash’ Machine;
- Parts are then cleaned in our Ultrasonic Cleaners;
- All internal parts are reworked with the strictest attention to detail and manufacturer’s tolerances. If it is not right we don’t use it;
- We maintain our lapping machines to the highest standard. We know it is not sufficient to simply have a lapping machine. It must be flat, we constantly monitor and adjust our machines to maintain a flatness of at least one light band. What this means to you is maximum performance in the field;
- The unit is then reassembled by factory trained technicians and tested on our 350 hp test bench where it must perform to the highest efficiency levels before moving onto the paint bay;
- Once painting is completed, the unit is then prepared for transport.
