Transmission Exchange

Exchange Hydrostatic Transmission Units Minimise Downtime with Our Exchange Service

Unexpected breakdowns can cause costly delays. Our hydrostatic transmission exchange program provides fast, reliable solutions to get your equipment back up and running with minimal downtime.

How Our Transmission Exchange System Works

1

Check Availability

  • Contact Hydrostatic Services to see if we have a suitable exchange transmission unit in stock.

  • Provide any identifying numbers and codes from your unit’s tags.

  • Even machinery of the same model can have different hydrostatic transmission numbers, so accuracy is crucial.

2

Quotation

  • Once we confirm we have the correct transmission model available, we will prepare a quotation.

  • Your quote will include a core deposit charge, if the old core is not being returned prior to the exchange unit dispatching.

Transport

  • Units can be collected from our workshop or freighted to you.

  • If you do not hold an account with a suitable transport company, we can assist with organising transport and source quotes as required.

Approval & Dispatch

  • If you wish to proceed with the quotation, we will prepare the unit/s for dispatch and issue a proforma invoice by email, including any applicable freight charges.  Your unit will dispatch once payment is received.

5

Core Return

  • We require your old core to be retuned to our workshop within 14  days.   The core must be  complete, non opened, non burnt and non water ingested of the same build  code.

  • When your core is received, the core deposit charge will be refunded to you.
