- Paint is stripped using our Hot Wash Machine to ensure a clean surface.
- Components undergo deep cleaning in our Ultrasonic Cleaners, removing contaminants and debris.
Precision Reworking & Component Restoration
- All internal parts are meticulously reworked, adhering to the strictest manufacturer tolerances.
- If a component doesn’t meet our exacting standards, it is replaced.
Lapping Machine Calibration & Performance Assurance
- Our lapping machines are rigorously maintained to ensure the highest accuracy.
- We continuously monitor and adjust machines to maintain a flatness of at least one light band, ensuring maximum performance in real-world applications.
Expert Reassembly & Stringent Testing
- The unit is reassembled by factory-trained technicians, ensuring precision at every stage.
- The fully reconditioned unit is then tested on our 350 hp test bench, where it must meet the highest efficiency and performance standards before approval.
Final Coating & Preparation for Transport
- Once the unit passes testing, it moves to our paint bay for a protective coating, ensuring longevity.
- The final step involves secure packaging and preparation for transport, ready for seamless installation.
